Job Description Job Purpose:

/n Tech Transfer is responsible for supporting feasibility studies, pilot scale trials, and documentation required for smooth and compliant technology transfer from lab to plant.

/n Strategic
/n /n Support feasibility and scale-up activities under guidance to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
/n Contribute to current process documentation and compliance as per regulatory and internal quality standards.

/n Stay informed on basic industry technology trends relevant to tech transfer.

/n /n Operational
/n /n Execute assigned experimental procedures and sampling for lab/pilot batches.
/n Collect, compile, and record process data as per guidelines.
/n Assist in reviewing and updating process documentation (BMR, PDR, etc.).
/n Support demo runs, validation trials, and shop-floor observations.
/n Coordinate with QA, QC, PRD, and production for sample movement, documentation, and process support.
/n Maintain process documents, logs, and experimental records.




/n Participate in troubleshooting and process improvement discussions.
/n Assist in timely closure of CAPAs, deviations, and change controls related to tech transfer.
/n Follow ESG policies and ensure compliance in daily operations.

/n /n Assist in monitoring consumption of materials during pilot and trial batches to avoid wastage.

/n /n People
/n /n Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments effectively.
/n Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and training.

/n Maintain discipline, ownership, and accountability during trials and documentation.

/n /n Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in process development or technology transfer.
/n Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent field.

/n Industry: Pharmaceutical / Fine Chemicals / CDMO / API
