/n Key Responsibilities
/n /n Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school.
/n Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence.
/n Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards.
/n Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
/n Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs.
/n Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines.
/n Build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.
/n Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations.
/n Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives.
/n Mentor staff and create a high-performance work culture.

/n /n Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Indian Army / Navy / Air Force)

/n Bachelor's Degree required.
/n Master's Degree preferred.
/n B. Ed./M. Ed. preferred.
/n Experience in educational leadership or training institutions will be an added advantage.
