Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including identifying prospective clients in the education sector, assisting with outreach campaigns, and following up on leads.
They will help manage digital marketing initiatives, contribute to social media content, and assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials for schools and institutes. The intern will also respond to basic customer inquiries, gather feedback, and collaborate with the team to improve customer experiences.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining CRM data, participating in virtual training sessions,



and preparing simple reports on sales and marketing performance. Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with educators and institutional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management, including lead follow-up and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess the ability to assist in Training activities, such as supporting product demos and helping users understand Erpli's solutions.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with online collaboration tools, CRM or spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
- Interest in EdTech, learning analytics, or education-related fields is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.
