Job Description

- Achieve retail sales targets across the assigned territory through dealers, fabricators, and channel partners.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, consultants, and key project influencers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and design consultations.
- Influence specifications on premium residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and manage channel partnerships while providing commercial and technical support.
- Drive consultative sales by recommending tailored product solutions to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong forward sales pipeline.
- Maintain high standards of sales reporting, CRM management, forecasting, and deal closure.

The Successful Applicant

- Graduate Engineer and/or MBA qualification.




- 8-10 years of experience in premium building materials sales.
- Experience selling products such as windows, doors, façades, tiles, architectural hardware, sanitary-ware, or related categories.
- Proven consultative selling and commercial negotiation skills.
- Robust network within the architect, consultant, and channel ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to travel across the assigned territory.
