Job Description Position: Business Head
/n Number of Positions: 1
/n Experience Required: 8–10 years in business development, education-centre management or training-centre operations.

/n Key Responsibilities & Requirements: /n /n Independently manage the overall operations and profitability of the computer training centre

/n Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion
/n Lead teams, manage performance and ensure operational efficiency
/n Drive revenue generation, budgeting and achievement of admission targets
/n Develop institutional partnerships, corporate tie-ups and strategic collaborations
/n Identify new business opportunities in computer education, certification programmes and skill-development initiatives
/n Maintain strong reporting systems, market networking and stakeholder relationships

/n Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
