Your role Process Associate Payments

What you'll be doing

The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Processing payments through approved IVR payment workflows using BizPay, and Pega.
- Initiating and navigating automated IVR payment sessions to complete payments while following approved escalation paths when an IVR payment cannot be completed
- Verifying payment details, vendor information, client instructions, and available documentation before submitting payments
- Accurately entering required payment information into approved systems and capturing confirmations, dispositions, and transaction outcomes
- Researching and resolving incomplete, inconsistent, or missing client/vendor payment information using approved internal resources
- Identifying IVR errors, failed payment attempts, declines, duplicate-risk situations, or system issues and escalating them according to standard operating procedures
- Maintaining accurate notes, payment statuses, and transaction records in the appropriate systems
- Following data security, confidentiality, and payment handling requirements always
- Participating in daily team standups and team chat discussions to share updates, blockers, and process learnings
- Collaborating with Quality Control, Team Leads, Support, and Client Success for escalations and exception resolution
- Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

- 1+ years of payment operations, financial operations, administrative processing, customer service, or similar experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures with consistency
- Ability to navigate automated phone/IVR systems and payment portals accurately
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability when payment information is incomplete or inconsistent
- Strong written communication skills and ability to document transaction notes clearly
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset in a production and queue-based setting
- Preference to candidates with experience of working on Payment Processing using BizPay, Pega Systems.
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook,



Teams, and Citrix Workspace.
