Position: Jr. Executive - Production

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper housekeeping across the plant area.
- Identify and minimize hazardous conditions to maintain a secure workplace.
- Arrange and manage raw materials and packing materials as per operational requirements.
- Monitor and maintain process parameters in accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain and update all required documentation accurately.
- Maintain perform data entry in Excel sheets.
- Operate and control plant operations and processes with full adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure proper handover of shift activities and pending jobs to the next shift.
- Provide guidance to newcomers regarding plant-related activities and KEVA culture.
- Conduct proper training for helpers and newcomers to ensure they work in a safe manner.




- Manage and supervise material movement and the safe handling of hazardous effluents.
- Perform data entry of assigned products in the Usefactor system.
- Work towards achieving the targets set by management within the defined timelines.
- Ensure plant equipment safety and promote overall personnel (human) safety.

Required Skills:

- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - M.sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 5.50 LPA
