Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Palghar

Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming raw materials (tin sheets, coatings, inks, etc.)
- Monitor in-process quality during printing, forming, and finishing stages
- Check dimensions, leakage, sealing, and visual quality of containers
- Ensure compliance with packaging and customer quality standards
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
- Identify defects and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Use 7 QC tools for defect analysis and process improvement
- Coordinate with production for quality control and rejection reduction
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance in packaging processes

Required Qualification:- Diploma - Mechanical
