- Manage end-to-end storage and handling of raw materials and packing materials.
- Ensure timely availability of RM and PM for production as per the production plan.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor material shelf life, batch tracking, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and secure storage as per regulatory and GMP norms.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for material planning and usage.
- Maintain stock minimum and reorder levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Manage inward and outward logistics of RM/PM with proper documentation.
- Handle audits (internal/external)
and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, or other regulatory bodies.
- Train and supervise warehouse/store staff on SOPs, safety, and material handling.
- Implement 5S, lean inventory, and continuous improvement practices in the store.

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification:- Any Graduation
