Sales Assistant Architectural Design Sales

At Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. , we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Architectural Design Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Architectural Design Sales team in handling new enquiries and leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with Architects and Design teams for client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about Creo Homes' services.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate daily and weekly sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in customer onboarding after project confirmation and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Relations team.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction,



or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam .
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills with attention to detail.
