Candidate Profile- Chartered Accountant with 5-8 years experience in manufacturing industry- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory- Solid knowledge of IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements- Proficiency in taxation and compliance including direct and indirect tax, statutory filings and adherence to internal control frameworks- Comfort with ERP and Excel.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbout the RoleThe CA will oversee entire gamut of Accounts & Finance including Costing & Taxation,



MIS preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & forecasting- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes by collaboration with cross functional team.- Comparison of Actual performance vs Budgeted performance and identifying areas of improvementFinancial Statements- Scrutiny of all GL’s.- Ensuring all bills are correctly accounted for.- Monitoring cost structures and supporting financial planning for manufacturing and operations.Statutory and tax compliance- Ensuring all tax returns are correctly and timely filed.- Leading all types of audit including Tax audit, Statutory audit or any other departmental audit.MIS- Ensuring all daily MIS’s are prepared in timely manner.- Preparation of monthly MIS with reconciliation of consumption report.- Ensuring MIS and financials are properly reconciled.
