As we scale, we’re looking for our first senior enterprise sales leader who will help build our enterprise business from the ground up.
Role Purpose
Own enterprise revenue growth by identifying, engaging and closing strategic B2B opportunities across medium and large enterprises.
This is not a transactional sales role. You will work directly with the Founder to build long-term enterprise relationships and create one of India’s leading AI learning businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
- Build enterprise sales pipeline
- Generate qualified CXO meetings
- Identify opportunities across existing accounts
- Own revenue targets
Enterprise Selling
- Sell consultatively rather than transactionally
- Understand client business challenges
- Position AI capability building as a business transformation initiative
- Navigate multiple stakeholders
Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships
- Grow strategic accounts
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
Commercial Ownership
- Proposal coordination
- Commercial negotiations
- Contract closure
- Revenue forecasting
Ideal Candidate
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience
- 4-6 years in enterprise B2B sales
- Experience selling one or more of:
o IT Services
o Consulting
o Digital Transformation
o Corporate Learning
o Cloud
o Analytics
o AI Services
Must Have
- Consultative selling
- Enterprise CXO interaction
- Large deal closures
- Robust communication
- Executive presence
Nice to Have
- Existing network in BFSI, Consulting, IT Services, GCCs or Manufacturing
