Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruiter for a prestigious MNC client in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end campus hiring activities, including college engagement, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding of new talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end campus hiring for ITES/BPO roles
- Liaise with colleges, training and placement officers, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Drive campus recruitment strategy and execution across various locations (virtual/in-person)
- Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and documentation
- Collaborate with BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, and other internal teams
- Effectively communicate and promote the client's EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to fresh talent
- Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Campus Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
