Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.

This role involves architecting and delivering enterprise -grade AI solutions, taking ideas from POC to production, and building intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision -making.

Key Responsibilities


Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Lead architecture and design of Generative and Agentic AI solutions

- Design end -to -end systems covering orchestration, data, APIs, security, and deployment

- Ensure production readiness including CI/CD, scalability, observability, and security

- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders

Generative & Agentic AI Engineering

- Build LLM -based systems using:

- RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)

- Embeddings & vector search

- Prompt engineering & optimization

- Function calling & tool integrations

- Agentic & multi -agent workflows

- Integrate AI systems with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and applications

- Implement evaluation frameworks for LLM performance

Engineering Excellence & Operations

- Apply distributed systems principles to AI solutions

- Design for observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts)

- Troubleshoot issues related to latency, reliability, and model behavior

- Optimize performance and cost

Collaboration & Mentorship

- Translate business problems into AI -driven solutions

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams

- Mentor engineers on GenAI and cloud -native practices

Mandatory Skills


✔ Solid experience in Generative AI & LLM -based systems

- RAG

✔ Strong Python programming skills

✔ Experience building REST APIs
