Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, software development, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, and autonomous workflows using up-to-date AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for building intelligent AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory management, and autonomous task execution to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Build autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and task execution.

Develop single-agent and multi-agent architectures for complex workflows.





Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.

Develop prompt engineering and prompt management frameworks.

Create memory management systems for contextual and long-running conversations.

Build AI orchestration workflows using agent frameworks.

Fine-tune and optimize LLM applications for performance and accuracy.

Monitor agent behavior, hallucinations, and response quality.

Implement guardrails, governance, security, and Responsible AI practices.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Business Teams to define AI use cases.

Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms.
