/n Role: Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling)
/n Own end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines. Act as the primary client contact, ensuring regular updates and a smooth experience. Drive stakeholder alignment and issue resolution to ensure successful project completion.
/n What You'll Own
/n /n Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish.
/n Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities).
/n Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation.
/n Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs).
/n Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans.
/n Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience.
/n Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team.
/n Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
/n /n Skills & Experience.
/n /n B. Tech in Civil / Architecture,B. Tech + MBA(Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred).
/n Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate).
/n Strong understanding of project management fundamentals.
/n Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/n Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.
