## About the Role

We are looking for a Personality Development Coach & Trainer with their own proven training framework to work with students from diverse academic backgrounds. The ideal candidate blends coaching (mindset, confidence, growth) with hands-on trainer skills (structured sessions, practical exercises) to make every student — from commerce to computer science — placement-ready and confident.

## Key Responsibilities

- Deliver personality development sessions using your own structured framework, adapted for students across different academic backgrounds.




- Coach students individually and in groups on confidence, communication, and self-presentation.
- Train students in GD/PI preparation, resume building, and mock interviews.
- Customize training approach based on each department's student profile (e.g., technical vs. business background).
- Track and report student progress and improvement.

## Requirements

- Own established framework/methodology for personality development training.
- Proven experience as a coach and trainer, ideally with students from mixed academic disciplines.
- Solid communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt style across diverse learner groups.
