- Provide salon services such as waxing, threading, facials, clean-ups, manicures, pedicures
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through qualified behavior and excellent service delivery.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitization standards before, during, and after every service.
- Recommend suitable beauty products and service packages based on customer needs.
- Manage appointments efficiently and reach customer locations on time.
- Handle service equipment and products responsibly.
- Maintain high customer ratings, minimize complaints, and follow Urban Company's quality protocols.
- Continuously upgrade skills through training and certification programs.

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- वैक्सिंग, थ्रेडिंग, फेशियल, क्लीन-अप, मैनीक्योर और पेडीक्योर जैसी सैलून सेवाएँ उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ प्रदान करना।
- पेशेवर व्यवहार और उत्कृष्ट सेवा के माध्यम से ग्राहकों को बेहतरीन अनुभव प्रदान करना।
- प्रत्येक सेवा से पहले,



दौरान और बाद में स्वच्छता एवं सैनिटाइजेशन के सभी मानकों का पालन करना।
- ग्राहक की आवश्यकता के अनुसार उपयुक्त ब्यूटी प्रोडक्ट्स और सर्विस पैकेज की सलाह देना।
- अपॉइंटमेंट्स का प्रभावी ढंग से प्रबंधन करना और निर्धारित समय पर ग्राहक के स्थान पर पहुँचना।
- सेवा में उपयोग होने वाले उपकरणों और उत्पादों का सुरक्षित एवं जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग और रखरखाव करना।
- उच्च ग्राहक रेटिंग बनाए रखना, शिकायतों को न्यूनतम रखना तथा Urban Company के गुणवत्ता मानकों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।
- नियमित प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रमाणन (Certification) के माध्यम से अपने कौशल को निरंतर बेहतर बनाना।
