CONTENT STRATEGIST (Devotional)

THE ROLE

This is a Vertical Owner role, you will take Glido's existing astrology content and scale it into a full portfolio of channels, functioning like the founder of a business unit inside the company. Your scope covers audience growth (reach, views, engagement), content strategy and positioning, briefing scriptwriters and directing the AI production pipeline, and monetization through consults, reports, and brand partnerships.

You're accountable for both the creative quality of the content and the commercial outcome of the vertical.

ABOUT US

Glido Labs is an AI-first Content IP studio with 550M+ organic views across 10+ channels on zero paid ad spend. We're looking for someone to own our devotional niche completely. This isn't a make devotional content job—it's a build-the-vertical job.
You'll scale what we already have, and in steady state run a small portfolio of channels that have grown and made money. Devotional is one of the most emotionally loaded, loyal audiences in India and one of the easiest to get wrong. The line between content that serves a devotee's daily practice and content that cheapens it is thin.

This audience can feel insincerity in a single frame. That's why this role exists.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Your first priority is reach, views, and engagement across your channels—that's your primary number.
- You'll make sure each channel becomes a real asset that pays for itself and then some.
- You'll own the positioning, formats, content calendar, and weekly iteration loop.
- You'll direct the scriptwriters and AI production team—set the brief and set the bar.
- Once your first channel is working, you'll launch the next one in the devotional space.

SKILLS YOU NEED





- You have real depth in the devotional space—the festivals, the texts, the language, the emotional register, and the instinct for the line between reverence and reach-bait.
- This is the one thing we won't compromise on.
- You have a genuine track record of growing a channel—proof, not theory, ideally to real scale.
- You're both data-led and creatively sharp—you iterate on what moves numbers and you have taste to know what will land.
- You have an AI-first mindset and you're comfortable directing an engine rather than hand-crafting every frame.
- You have ownership DNA—you want to run a number that behaves like a P&L;, not just fill a calendar.

NICE TO HAVE

- You have direct monetization experience through brand deals, affiliate, or products.
- You've managed a small creative team.
- You speak more than one Indian language.

THE DETAILS

- Senior individual-contributor role, growing into a team lead as your pod expands.
- Full-time, onsite and hybrid from Noida.
- Reports to the CEO, who owns the content-IP side of the business.
- You'll work daily with scriptwriters, the AI production team, and the partnerships lead.
