FLAME University is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Admissions Outreach (Undergraduate Admissions) to strengthen our student outreach initiatives in the Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive undergraduate student outreach and admissions initiatives across Delhi and North India.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, principals, counselors, and educational institutions.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, career guidance sessions, and admission events.
- Represent FLAME University at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
- Generate quality student leads and manage the complete outreach pipeline.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.
- Maintain market intelligence and identify current outreach opportunities.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, outreach, business development, or education marketing.
- Strong network with schools and education counselors in Delhi/NCR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
