Key Responsibilities
As Telecoms Engineering Project Manager, you will
- : Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, scoping, planning, delivery, testing, deployment, and post-project revie
- w. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocatio
- n. Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, testers, Dev Ops engineers, telecoms engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and third-party vendor
- s. Manage the delivery of telecoms software solutions such as middleware, customer-facing portals, and digital transformation initiative
- s. Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and delivery team
- s. Track project progress and provide clear, regular status updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, budget position, dependencies, and delivery timeline
- s. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues where required and developing contingency plan
- s. Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards, service levels, KPIs, and business requirement
- s. Manage vendors and suppliers to ensure their services, products, and deliverables meet project expectation
- s. Apply Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies depending on the project environmen
- t. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across future delivery project

Required Experie

The ideal candidate will h
- ave: Proven project management experience, ideally 3–7+ years, with a strong focus on telecoms, software delivery, digital transformation, or technology implementa
- tion. Experience delivering software or systems projects within a telecommunications environ
- ment. Strong understanding of telecoms platforms and technologies, ideally including middleware, customer portals, or digital customer experience t
- ools.
Demonstrable experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectat
- ions. Experience leading cross-functional technical teams across development, testing, infrastructure, operations, and business funct
- ions. Robust working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, Share Point, Asana, or Tr
- ello. Experience working with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodolo
gies.

Desirable Qualif
- ications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certi
- fication. Degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related di
- scipline. Experience working with telecoms operators, MVNOs, network providers, systems integrators, or telecoms software
vendors.
