- Make outbound Calls Emails to leads or customers provided by the company- Explain products services and answer queries effectively- Record feedback maintain call logs and update the database- Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided- Assist in lead generation- Report progress to the supervisor on a daily weekly basis Expectations from you Basic Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence and a positive attitude while speaking with customers- Basic computer knowledge MS Excel Google Sheets CRM tools etc
