As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to meet project requirements. The position requires overseeing the progress of application builds, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality results.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to optimize production operations.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
