/n Controlling & Period Closure : /n /n Collection of inputs for Opex provisions from various departments

/n Analyse relevance and completeness of provisions, ensuring parking of entries if any
/n Review with TS Finance Head & COE for Posting & Reversal of entries
/n Ensuring accounting accuracy of transactions
/n Preparation and sign off of monthly check list
/n Review and report exceptions in Plant Opex GLs

/n Tracking and closure of overdue RGPs, GRNs, STOs to ensure compliance with accounting policies & Guidelines

/n /n Costing Activities : /n /n Input material consumption monitoring against output process orders

/n Operation machine hours monitoring (cycle time) against process orders
/n Review and parking of input material GRN
/n Assessment Cycle Runs




/n Tracking and closure of open process orders
/n Coordinate for sharing COGI and TECO confirmation
/n Partnering with OE Team on OE Saving idea potential validation, idea implementation and accrual validation
/n Standard cost release for Raw material, Packing material, Semi Finished Goods and Finished Goods
/n Inventory ageing analysis
/n Computation of Overhead rate and upload into SAP
/n Ensure Physical Inventory Verification

/n Support for material code creation, extension and Std. Cost release

/n /n Operating Exp review, MIS , Control : /n /n Preparation and circulation of Plant & Utilities MIS

/n Financial data updation for fortnight and monthly reviews with Site Heads, HTS and CTO
/n Opex Next - Metrics data preparation & Validation
/n SLIM (OE) Savings Tracking and MIS
/n Special projects like yield, overages savings Tracking and reporting
/n Lab Expenses Tracking & Review and reporting
/n Non-Core Inventory Stores & Spares review and reporting
/n /n Audits & Compliance :
/n /n Stock Audit: Assisting for / providing information as required by auditors
/n Statutory Audit: To ensure smooth closure of Statutory Audit requirements if any
/n Cost Audit: Inputs required for Cost Audits by the Central Tea
