PRYM is building India's drone future across three frontiers — agriculture, defence, and civil. Our brands span Salam Kisan (agri-tech, drone services & AI-driven advisory), PRYM Aerospace (defence & civil drone systems), and the PRYM Drone School of Excellence (training the next generation of pilots).

We're looking for a Brand & Growth Manager to own marketing at the group level — carrying one consistent brand story across all three verticals while driving growth for each. This is a build role at the center of a quick-scaling company working with farmers, governments, defence stakeholders, investors, and ecosystem partners.

The role in one line: own PRYM's brand, performance, and growth as a single group-level lead — turning scattered functions into one sharp, accountable marketing charter across agri, defence & strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Brand & Perception (Group Level) — Own how PRYM and its brands are perceived across every touchpoint. Keep the narrative consistent and premium across Salam Kisan, PRYM Aerospace, and the Drone School of Excellence.

Website — Own the group and brand websites end-to-end: content, positioning, freshness, and performance as a growth and credibility asset.

Campaigns (End-to-End) — Plan and run all campaigns from brief to results — performance, brand, and social. Own the funnel from spend to qualified lead, and report demand-gen numbers weekly.

Events & Campaigns — Drive events, activations, and campaign moments across verticals — planning, execution, and the brand impact they create.

New Launches — Lead go-to-market for new products, services, and programs across the three brands: messaging, assets, and the launch motion.

Performance & Social Growth — Own paid media and channel performance. Build our influencer/creator program and social presence from the ground up, and stand up the small team and systems to sustain it.

Content & Proposals — Drive earned media and visibility. Own content quality across channels, and turn our work into proposals, decks, and stories for partners, government, defence, and investors.

Special Projects — Take on high-priority, CEO-driven initiatives that cut across brands — the projects that need one owner to make them happen.

Internal Marketing, Systems & Team — Bring structure to how marketing runs: trackers, workflows, and reporting rhythm. Lead and grow the function — mentoring the associates already on board, building out the team as we scale, and coordinating design and social-content partners to ship consistently.

IDEAL PROFILE

- 3–5 years across 360° growth and marketing functions — preferably in agri-tech or aligned industries
- Proven paid-media chops: you've owned budgets and can show what you moved
- Strong content and storytelling instinct — you can shape a narrative and a caption
- Comfortable building the plane while flying it: no playbook handed to you, you write it
- High ownership, sharp organisation, and the ability to work across sales, ops, and leadership
- Fluent with modern tools — analytics, ad platforms, Canva/Adobe, AI tools, Google Workspace

Bonus: exposure to agri, defence, rural, or B2B2G markets; experience running influencer programs, events, or launches; a hand in building small teams.
