Job Description

Ajanta Pharma Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional for the position of Sr. Executive – Data Analytics to support the International Business function. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.
- Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions.
- Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business reports.




- Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role.
- Robust team handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in:
- SQL
- Power BI (Basic)
- Advanced Excel
- VBA
- Ability to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
