- 7 Years Industries Pharma API Responsibilities Receipt Material Verify all DOCS as per order terms Delivery Challan Tax Invoice Excise Gate pass Test Certificate Warranty Certificate ETC Check quantity of material and visually inspect quality Prepare GRN Coordinate with user department for quality clearance Material Storage Apply appropriate storage methods for various categories of material Diesel Consumables Eqpt Spares Raw Materials maintain update correct storage location in Register or Excel Sheets Issue Of Material Issue material to respective user dept against authorised issue slips Post material issues in books Post Stock transfers between respective Departments Perceptual Inventory Taking Daily Physical stock and clear the variance Zero in Stock List vs physical and circulate maintain reports Records Gate pass Preparation Prepare returnable Non-returnable gate passes as per the requirement of user dept and arrange outbound logistics Ensure good housekeeping in store Maintain records documents as per Stock Inventory System Required Skills Logical thinking Organizing Valuable in communication Required Qualification
