About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Admissions team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in Student Counselling, Lead Follow-ups, and Admission Assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with prospective students, and a passion for helping them make informed educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain robust relationships with students and parents.




Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining high service quality.
Provide timely updates on lead status and admission progress.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Student Counselling, Customer Support, or Admission Assistance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
