Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Line Side Access qualified to join our operations team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining access to critical line-side infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting seamless operational continuity. You will work in a fast-paced setting where precision, analytical thinking, and organizational excellence are essential to success.
Manage and control access to line-side infrastructure, ensuring only authorized personnel gain entry
Conduct thorough inspections of access points and document findings in compliance with established procedures
Implement and enforce safety protocols and security measures to protect personnel and equipment
Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions
Maintain accurate records of access logs, maintenance activities, and incident reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to industry standards
Perform routine maintenance checks on access control systems and equipment




Respond promptly to access requests and escalate issues to appropriate management when necessary
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Communicate effectively with field teams and management regarding operational status and concerns

Qualifications
Proven experience in line-side operations, infrastructure management, or similar field-based roles
Strong knowledge of access control systems and procedures
Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping systems
Physical capability to perform field work and access challenging environments
Robust organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant industry certifications or licenses (preferred)
Experience with troubleshooting technical equipment (preferred)
