Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory reports.
Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Finance, or Accounting.
CA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
Experience
4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in the manufacturing or energy industry will be an added advantage.
