Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural and interior visualizations for residential, commercial, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production to produce realistic and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D architectural exterior and interior visualizations.
Develop 3D models from architectural drawings, floor plans, and CAD files.
Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera settings.
Produce photorealistic renders and walkthrough visuals.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and the marketing team to meet project requirements.
Modify and improve existing 3D models based on client or management feedback.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and design trends.

Requirements
Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp,



Blender, Lumion, D5 Render, Twinmotion, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar software.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop for post-production.
Robust understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Robust time management and ability to work on multiple projects.
Portfolio showcasing architectural visualization work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
Experience in architectural animation and walkthrough videos.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity is an added advantage.
Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.
Familiarity with real estate marketing and presentation visuals.
