PIE Builders & Developers is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural exterior and interior visualizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, lighting, materials, and realistic rendering to produce visually appealing presentations for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
Create photorealistic 3D exterior and interior visualizations.
Develop 3D models from architectural drawings and CAD files.
Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and landscaping.
Produce high-quality still renders and walkthrough animations.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers.
Revise designs based on client and team feedback.
Maintain project quality while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or Architectural Visualizer.




Proficiency in 3ds Max.
Robust knowledge of V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
Experience with AutoCAD for importing drawings.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
Understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction details.
Good eye for composition, lighting, and realistic rendering.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
