About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Production Merchandiser to drive seamless coordination between design, sourcing, vendors, production, and warehouse teams. The role is responsible for ensuring timely production, maintaining quality standards, and supporting fabric and trim sourcing to ensure every collection is delivered as planned.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with production units to ensure timely execution of orders.
Track the complete production lifecycle .
Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories to avoid production delays.
Support fabric and material sourcing in coordination with the design team.
Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Coordinate with design, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams for smooth execution.




Ensure production aligns with quality standards and approved specifications.
Maintain production trackers, order status reports, and vendor updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors

What We're Looking For
3–7 years of experience in apparel merchandising or production merchandising.
Strong understanding of garment production processes and vendor management.
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and sourcing.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Robust Excel and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple production timelines in a quick-paced workplace.
