Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting company staff, management, clients, and materials to designated locations while ensuring the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and compliant with traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive company vehicles as assigned.
Pick up and drop off employees, management, and guests on time.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials when required.
Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.
Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, etc.).
Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
Maintain vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption records.
Report any vehicle repairs, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
Ensure timely servicing, insurance renewal, PUC, and other vehicle documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials, if required.




Be available for local and outstation travel as per business requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License (as applicable).
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Familiarity with local routes and GPS navigation.

Skills Required:
Protected and defensive driving skills.
Time management and punctuality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Ability to work flexible schedule and travel outstation.

Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience (preferred).
Experience driving luxury vehicles or company vehicles will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
Well-groomed and professional.
Honest and reliable.
Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
Adaptable for overtime, weekends, and emergency duties when required.
