Experience Required:
6–12 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Mendix.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least 2 complete Mendix projects (from development to deployment).
Candidates who are not currently working on Mendix but have prior relevant project experience can also be considered.
Work Location:
Chennai/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Noida /Gurugram/ Hyderabad.
Hybrid (Work from Office as per the current policy).
Work from home may be considered for a short duration.
Must-Have Skills
6–12 years overall experience, with the last 4 years of relevant Mendix experience.
Hands-on experience in developing complex microflows with multi-level approval workflows.
Strong experience in REST API integrations.
Experience in at least two complete Mendix implementations (development through deployment).
Strong experience in data modeling and data structures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience motivating, coaching, and evaluating team members.
Ability to define and implement Mendix development best practices and coding standards.
Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Good understanding of technology decisions, performance optimization, client-server communication, data interfacing, and industry best practices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UI teams.
Experience leading or contributing throughout the software development lifecycle to solve complex engineering challenges.
Positive-to-Have Skills
Experience with Mendix GenAI Resource Pack.
Experience using Azure AI or AWS AI solutions.
Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining business applications.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience implementing UI designs using templates provided by UI/UX designers.
Good communication skills and the ability to act as a single point of contact while supporting team members.
Additional Notes
Candidates must have practical hands-on Mendix experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
Specifically looking for candidates with 6+ years of overall IT experience. Profiles with less than 6 years overall experience will be rejected even if they have 4+ years of Mendix experience.
