Key Deliverables
Design and implement robust backend services using Java to support high-traffic CX applications.
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and Angular to enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Maintain high code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of the NiCE platform.
Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and iterative improvements.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven professional experience in full-stack development using Java, Java Script, and Type Script.
Hands-on experience building up-to-date web applications with React or Angular.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace based in Pune.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-native development and deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with state management libraries and up-to-date build tools.
Prior experience working within a Customer Experience (CX) or SaaS product domain.
Understanding of database design and optimization for high-performance applications.
