Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive event proposals and presentations, showcasing suitable venues, services, and event options.
Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and organize events according to clients specifications.
Budget Management: Ensure that event proposals align with the client's budget, and manage any financial considerations throughout the event planning process.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients,
providing updates on event progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess satisfaction levels and gather insights for future improvements.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to enhance service quality and identify current business opportunities.
Qualifications
Excellent English writing & editing skills
Prior experience in events, digital agencies, or media houses
