JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Requirements*

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, extensibility, and limitations.

Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph.

Knowledge of AI and Gen AI





Experience in CoPilot

Experience assessing data readiness, security, and compliance for Copilot enablement.

Proven presales experience including workshops, demos, business cases, and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities*

• Lead presales engagements for Microsoft 365 Copilot opportunities.

• Design Copilot enablement architectures aligned to customer data and security posture.

• Conduct Copilot readiness assessments covering data, identity, and governance.

• Define use cases, value realization, adoption roadmap, and change
Collaborate with sales, delivery, and operations teams.
