We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Downstream Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience in SAP Ariba Procurement solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring and implementing Ariba Downstream modules, integrating Ariba with SAP ERP/S/4HANA, and working closely with business stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for procurement processes.
Configure and implement SAP Ariba Downstream modules.
Conduct workshops and prepare functional design documents.
Configure approval workflows, purchasing policies, and procurement catalogs.
Design and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Support end-users during hypercare and post-go-live activities.
Work with technical teams for integrations using SAP CPI/CIG.
Coordinate with SAP MM, Finance, and Basis teams during implementations.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support.
Perform master data validation and procurement process optimization.
Prepare user manuals and conduct end-user training.
Participate in multiple implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
