OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Karma Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support IT and Non-IT hiring by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers and data, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage full-cycle recruitment – Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports accurately.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and hiring updates.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




Assist in managing offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors/MBA Graduate with minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Good knowledge of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining recruitment data/trackers
Solid coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
