Job Summary

We are seeking an creative Generative AI Developer with 4+ years of software development and AI/ML experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and cloud AI services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Application Development.

The candidate will be responsible for building enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions including intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, knowledge management systems, AI copilots, document intelligence platforms, and workflow automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs.
Build enterprise AI assistants, chatbots, and AI-powered automation solutions.




Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Implement prompt engineering and prompt optimization strategies.
Integrate LLMs with databases, APIs, enterprise applications, and knowledge repositories.
Create document understanding and information extraction solutions.
Develop semantic search and question-answering systems.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
Implement AI safety, security, governance, and guardrail frameworks.
Build scalable AI services using cloud-native technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
Monitor AI application performance and continuously improve model outputs.
