Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Enterprise AI Platforms.
Robust experience with SaaS Application Integration (APIs & Automation).
Experience working with Atlassian cloud stack including JIRA and Confluence administration. Understanding of Jira/Confluence add-ons and integration workflows.
Solid experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python or Bash).
Strong experience working with M365 core collaboration stack of applications
Experience working with agile methodology.
Experience working with ServiceNow.
