About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Expert with at least 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging relevant talent across various non-IT sectors while maintaining a solid candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and location.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic suitability for the role.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pipeline.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles.
Track sourcing metrics and maintain accurate recruitment records.




Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across various Non-IT functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment/sourcing.
Experience in sourcing candidates for sectors such as Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, BFSI, or other Non-IT functions.
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Solid communication and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment databases.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong research and candidate identification skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a recruitment team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Interview Process:
Total 3 Rounds (1 Sourcing Test and other discussion rounds)
All rounds will be F2F interviews and will be conducted in same day.
Strictly no virtual round.
