Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Director – Call Center to lead and scale outbound telesales operations in India. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, optimizing call center performance, and building a high-performing sales culture.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in outbound telesales operations, team leadership, KPI management, coaching, and sales process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the outbound sales call center to achieve business targets
Develop sales processes, SOPs, and operational policies
Define and track KPIs for telesales teams
Create effective sales scripts, campaigns, and promotional strategies
Monitor call quality, team productivity, and customer interactions
Analyze sales data and operational metrics to improve efficiency and conversions
Conduct performance reviews,



coaching, and training sessions
Handle escalated customer concerns and complex operational issues
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention
Manage workforce planning, hiring, and performance management
Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business growth strategies

Required Skills & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3 education system)
8+ years of experience in outbound telesales/call center operations
Minimum 6 years in leadership roles managing teams of 50+ members
Strong experience in sales operations, coaching, and team performance management
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in fast-paced or startup-like settings is preferred
Energetic, proactive, and execution-focused leadership style
Fluent English communication skills required
