Main focus is on process and quality improvement ( e.g. in Finance/HR/Controlling/Indirect
Purchasing) as well as leading projects (e.g. Transitions/Migrations), ensuring alignment with
the organization's strategic objectives and process improvement needs. Deliver projects on
time, within scope, and within budget.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
PMP (Project Management Skilled) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
At least 4 years of skilled experience in process and project management,
preferably within a global organization or consultancy.
Proven experience leading projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time
and within budget.
Solid understanding of process and project management methodologies, tools, and




best practices
Practical and hands on experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes in e.g.
BPMN 2.0.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and
continuous improvement, service delivery mind-set.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
Experience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantage.
