Seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and solid sourcing expertise. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying, attracting, and hiring quality talent while partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs.
Build talent pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.

Key Skills:
Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Experience with Linked In, Naukri, and ATS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced workplace.
