The Cost Controller will lead cost management and business finance, ensuring profitability and efficiency across the organization. This role offers significant ownership and the chance to influence business outcomes through effective cost optimization and control mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee product costing and COGS analysis
Manage vendor costing and strengthen procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
Drive inventory valuation, variance analysis, and expense governance
Enforce financial controls and support budgeting & forecasting
Partner with leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of experience
Background in FMCG, Consumer, Manufacturing, or D2C environments
Solid knowledge of cost accounting, procurement controls, and inventory management
Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
