Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain school computers, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Ensure data security, backups, and smooth functioning of IT systems.
Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, smart classrooms, and other digital systems.
Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant experience in IT administration, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Robust knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
