Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Develop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Conduct reference checks and background screening for potential hires.
Participate in onboarding and training recent employees.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
