Counsel prospective students about courses, programs, eligibility, and career prospects.
Provide guidance on admissions, application procedures, documentation, and fee structure.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions in person, over the phone, or online.
Follow up with prospective students to support the enrollment process.
Address student queries and resolve concerns related to admissions and academics.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in a CRM or student management system.
Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, educational fairs, and orientation programs.
Assist students with academic planning, course selection, and progression throughout their studies.
Monitor student satisfaction and provide ongoing support when required.
Achieve admission or enrollment targets while maintaining high-quality counseling standards
